Paqueta’s brilliant four-word post on social media let’s the world know

Lucas Paqueta’s brilliant four-word post on social media let’s the world know what West Ham are after the win over Burnley.

West Ham never do things the easy way do they?

There was not much to like about the majority of our performances against Olympiacos, Nottingham Forest and Burnley.

But they have all resulted – just about – in wins.

West Ham were dreadful for the most part against the Premier League’s worst side on Saturday.

Let’s get some perspective here. This Burnley team is on course to be one of the worst in Premier League history. So West Ham – with the squad they have – should be going to Turf Moor and winning.

That being said, having gone 1-0 down to yet another early second half goal, West Ham showed character, desire and resilience to come back and win it at the death.

Lucas Paqueta did not have his best game but still wowed with some moments of brilliance.

West Ham fans once again packed out the away end for the long trip north.

It was a massive win for David Moyes, who is essentially fighting for his West Ham future beyond this season.

And it felt like a bit of a crossroads moment in the season. Had the Hammers lost it would have made chasing a European spot very difficult indeed.

But this keeps West Ham in the hunt and dreaming.
